What should I expect in the initial consultation?
During your initial consultation, you will be given the opportunity to discuss your personal health challenges and goals with our doctor. This will provide an opportunity for you and our staff to determine if you are a good candidate for our services.
How much is the Initial Consultation?
The initial consultation is $249.
What should I bring with me to the consultation?
We ask that you bring any previous medical records, vitamins / herbs, medication and lab test results with you. If you are not the financial decision maker, we also ask that you bring your spouse or significant other with you to the consult.
How long will the consultation last?
Expect the consultation to last for 60 minutes. If we feel that you are a good candidate for our essentials program, we will go over test kits and some paperwork to get you started. This will take an additional 10-15 minutes. We value your time and we do our best to provide timely service.
Does your office take insurance for Functional Wellness services?
We do not accept insurance or Medicare for our consulting services. Your case requires special attention and time, which is not covered by insurance companies.
Does your office offer single lab tests or a-la-carte testing?
We do not offer a-la-carte testing since this goes against the paradigm of functional wellness. If we are going to address the root cause of your health issues, we need to take a more comprehensive and holistic approach.
What is the investment to join the Ahead To Wellness Essentials Program?
Ahead To Wellness Essentials is $2997.
Will my lab testing covered by health insurance?
Functional lab testing is usually not covered by most insurance providers.
What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept, cash, check, Visa or MasterCard, Discover card, and American Express.

Do you offer financing services?
Yes, we offer patient financing through Care Credit.
Can I use my HSA or MSA account?
Yes. Please check with your insurance to be sure.

Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 10AM-12PM / 3PM-6:30PM.
Do I still need a primary care physician?
Yes, we do not provide acute or crisis care services and we do not replace the services that your current primary care physician provides.
